Can I move my client base from YCLIENTS?
There is no automatic import from YCLIENTS. Clients are added to the TapWay CRM manually, and new ones land there on their own — from bookings, orders and form submissions. Visit history and past bookings do not transfer.
How much does booking cost in TapWay?
Per project, not per employee. Free — 1 staff member, 3 services, 30 bookings a month. Basic 190 ₽/mo (95 ₽ yearly) — 3 staff, 15 services, 150 bookings. Pro 390 ₽ (195 ₽ yearly) — 10 staff, unlimited services, 1,000 bookings, custom domain and CSV export.
What about notifications?
You and the staff member get a message in Telegram or MAX through your own bot plus an email; the staff member also gets a reminder. The client gets a bot message only if they subscribed to it (Pro and Business). We do not send SMS or emails to clients.
